Joab Okullo

Mr. Joab Okullo is an accomplished Environmental and Occupational Health specialist with over a decade of experience in research and consultancy. He holds a Master of Science degree from Egerton University and a diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation. His expertise spans environmental and social safeguards, risk assessment, climate sustainability, Carbon Research, WASH research, and socio-economic studies.

Currently, he serves as a consultant on the World Bank-funded KISIP II project, leading the development and implementation of Community Development Plans in informal settlements across UasinGishu, Kiambu, and Mombasa counties. Mr. Okullo is highly skilled in Environmental Impact Assessments, sustainability planning, regulatory compliance, project management, training, and data analysis. He is a licensed Lead EIA/EA Expert with NEMA (License No. 6598), a member of the Environment Institute of Kenya (EIK), and a Certified Carbon Management Leader (CCML).
